Nothing Fits Anymore, What Should I Do?

Everything has changed since I had a divorce eight months ago. Plus, one day I met by accident an old friend of mine who I haven`t seen for one year or more and she was like “Wow, you changed so much! What happened?”, and I said “Yeah, I`ve been through a divorce…”, “And you also gained weight! Well, you look nice anyway.” I felt terrible. Now I want to start a new diet, change my lifestyle, work out, redecorate, start a new life! However, I want to be organized. I need a good diet planner. Any suggestions?

Unless your friend picked you up, she can't tell whether or not you've gained weight.  If you'd lost muscle and added fat, you'd look larger and actually weigh less.

First, before you become concerned about weight, check out your fat.  Find a freshwater pool and see if you float.  If you don't float, you are *not* overweight.  If you don't float, you don't have enough fat to be a healthy woman.

You may look very different.  You may look healthy for the first time. A "good diet planner" is something to build habits for life, not just for scale-nudging.

Get rid of clothes you never liked in the first place.  Get some adaptable (i.e. Belt-to-fit) ones that you *love*.  Make way for new things.  Take deep breaths.  So far, so better! :-)
