      Congrats!!!
You are the first person to correctly answer the question. There has been nobody ever able to tell me the answer correctly. I have thrown that out for years too.

I disagree. Jesus father is God and God is not my fathers son. I stand by my answer. Besides it is a twist on a similar riddle about the surgeon, etc.

("that man's father, is my fathers son.....") However that was some clever thinking

The mans father is your step-brother whom you do not accept, which makes the man on the corner your step-nephew

He's talking about himself? The guy on the corner is his son. It just has to be so, because my brain won't tell me anything different. Lol.

Fly, b free...........but actually the man on the corner was Jesus. If you say it through and kind of point upwards during" that mans father...." and "my fathers" it is easier to tell someone else. And thank you for having your friend write me on the car. Much appreciated.

Thank you for setting me free! I enlisted some help from my Blurtit friends to give me the answer to your riddle. It was right there. I guess that I was thinking too hard or overlooked the forest for the trees. But it was great fun even though I didn't get it figured out. I guess it threw me because Jesus had several half siblings.
Yea, about that friend of mine who helped you with your question. He is my best friend and also my husband...:0)
Hope he was able to help you. He hasn't had a chance to get back on and see if you left a comment. I'll check it for him and if there is anything, I'll let him know.

The correct answer is not Jesus. His father is God. Now Jesus is the Son of God and God does not have a father so he is not "that mans father is my father's son". That covers three generations. Jesus and God , the father only cover two, albeit holy, generations. The correct answer is Grandson!

Or maybe the jailer is the father of the man on the corner.
Think about it; "That man's father is my father's son" who is "my father's son"? Isn't it me? I am that man on the corner's father...
