    Let the length of Rectangle be = L
    Then the  width of Rectangle will be = L-6
    Perimeter = 2(L+W) = 64
    Putting values
     2(L+L-6)=64
    2(2L-6)=64
    4L-12=64
    4L=64+12
    4L=76
    L=76/4=19
    Thus Length = 19 cm
    and Width = Length-6 = 19-6=13 cm
