The drain holes in the bottom of the door are clogged. Look under the door on the bottom edge and you will see slots for drainage. Use something to unclog these holes.

Because ford did not think to drill out the fwd drain hole. If you park on a downward slope the door retains water. I have no idea why and the Ford garage did not comment!
