I would like to do a nice easy lemon pie, do you have a good recipe?

Great Aunt's Lemon Pie

4 Eggs
2 Large freshly squeezed lemons
¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
¼ Cup Sugar
1 Graham cracker crust
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 Can of sweetened condensed milk/fat free
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven on bake at 325. In a large mixing bowl, add lemon juice, sweetened milk, vanilla extract, and 1 egg yolk separated from the egg whites. Mix until it thickens. Pour the pudding into the graham cracker crust. Set mixture aside. Spread meringue over the entire pie. To make the peaks, take a butter knife and lightly pat and lift up meringue until it peaks. Bake in the oven until top of the peaks on the meringue are brown. Remove pie from the oven and cool off in the refrigerator for 2 hours or until chilled.
Meringue's recipe: Separate the 4 egg whites and put in a medium bowl. Add sugar a tablespoon at a time. Add cream of tartar and mix until peaks are stiff. Beat 5 minutes until stiff peaks form.

Hi if you want easy lemon pie try this. I use a ready made graham cracker crust then in a bowl add 1/2 lemon juice, 2 eggs and 1 can of condensed milk just mix them really well and pour into pie crust and then if you don't want to fool with meringue, just add cool whip. Then cool in the fridge. That's it and its really good. Also you don't have to bake this since the lemon juice has so much acidity it is treatment for the egg.

put the apples into a pie pan put the brown sugar on top press down ( you can add cin.)
poke your finger into the center add the milk
bake at 350 for about 20-30 min. Or untill golden brown
(tip: Cut the apples in slices not chuncks)
