Can the landlord give you a eviction notice cuz her daughter is moving back into town and needs a place to live. She sends its  15 days before the next month rent is due to say that you need to move out by the end of next month and have next rent pay by the 15th.  The real reason is that the other tenant daughters are not happy that they cant get vip parking when they visit and saying i hope you get a letter in the mail that your getting kicked out. Can they break the lease and ask for next months rent too?
