Roses are a traditional flower that people use to resemble love to one another.

I am only 13 but a guy I really liked named Josh Fisher gave me roses and when I asked why he said:L

'They resemble your beuty.  Also because it shows you that I love you.'

A famous saying used by all kinds of couples that includes roses is this:

'When I lay down on the evening, there is a clean white sheet and comforter, but when i wake up, it is stained red by the roses you leave me and by the love you leave behind for me.'
