Answer Question

Actually, nicotine can remain in your system for a very long time, that is why it takes so long to quit, you remain addicted for long period, in which you need to retrain yourself not to do things that are going to  make you want to light a cigarette up. Hope this helps, good luck quitting.

Actually it‘s out of your system in about 36 hours but your mind still thinks it needs it.But the other answer is right once you make it the 36 hours or so just try to keep your mind off of it I had to quit drinking alcohol because I couldn't do one without the other.
