I Had Been Eligible For Unemployment Benefits For A Year And Was Just Denied For The Second Year, Do I Go Back On The Emergency Unemployment Benefits Or Am I Denied All Together?

No....you will not be denied benefits all together just because you did not work last year and you have exhausted your unemployment benefits for year 2008-2009.  The system will automatically kick your payments back in to the 2008-2009 EUI phase...however it may take a couple of weeks for the system to get your payments/weekly disbursements back on track.  However, during the interim, I would go up to my local unemployment office or call them first thing in the morning to make sure your payments are in the process of being adjusted back to what you were getting paid under EUI.

I would call the UIA office and find out why you did not get an extension.  You should be able  to get the emergency unemployment.
