My Former Employer Made Several False Statements In My Performance Review Which Resulted In Me Quitting The Firm. What Are My Remedies, If Any? |
| I was a secretary for a large law firm and the two attorneys I worked for constantly tried to tell me how to do my job or interrupted me doing it, even though I have a certificate as a legal secretary and business management and 20 years of experience. The two attorneys were inexperienced and constantly lied about me to my direct supervisor. One attorney resigned after she gave a courier incorrect instructions and he made a huge mistake. Her mistake went in my performance review as my mistake. I was yelled at for no reason. I quit the firm. |
