If a solute is added to a solution and the temperature of the solution is raised to boiling...why does this temperature not stay constant but continue to rise?

The boiling temp of water is 100C or 220F! If this temp is reduced it WILL no longer Boil!
So if the water you add is below those it WILL stop boiling!
