Be honest and tell him your feelings and wait for a response,no one can make that decision except him,so that is the purpose of your telling him,and he will respond as to if he feels the same way about you that way all the guessing is removed and you will have the answer from his mouth....Good Luck

Hey if you two always laugh and have fun with each other. Then i would tell him how i fell but if you don't think that's not a good idea then try to see how he reacts if you flirted with another boy and ifs his jealous then he likes you. If you end up going out everything will change when you two are over he wont be your friend.
