Eat more chicken, like for breakfast. Chicken is a great source of protein, so is pork, i would stay away from cereals in the morning, try oatmeal, eggs, pork, or chicken (or all if your hungry), throw in some salad greens and its a good start for the day :D. Also try protein shakes or bars. You can buy EAS protein products for fairly cheap, and they have really good quality whey protein. You can buy it in powder form and mix with water, or pre-mixed "myoplex" drinks. Or protein bars, the bars are actually really tasty :D chocolate is my favorite. The powder form is 100% whey protein and its 23 grams. The bars i think are 15 grams, and the pre mixed ones if i remember are close to 40 grams... But i could be wrong. I tried alot of different proteins and EAS is my favorite, also works the best. You can always go to costco and buy a 50lb. Bag of it ha haha thats what i did. Good luck!
