It is my understanding that as of May 09, Obama passed a law regarding just this that says "the person taking over the home has to honor your current lease agreement". The only change should be where you pay your $$ to and who you call for maintenance issues. Continue paying your money because either party, your mgr or the people taking over will evict you swiftly for non payment and it will be YOUR fault. KEEP ALL RECEIPTS!! Best of luck to you.
