Ask a Question, Get an Answer ASAP
When purchasing a digital camera it is important to look at various factors. Generally it all depends upon your own needs and individual preferences and you will need to know what it is you want before you set off on your digital camera search.
One of the main questions you will need to ask yourself is how often you are going to use the camera. If you want to use it fairly frequently you will need a camera with quite a lot of RAM. Also, if you are going to be using it for a career you will also need a lot of RAM. Basically the more RAM you do have the more pictures that you can store. Another question you should ask is how easy is the digital camera to understand? If you are quite good with new things it will not really matter which camera you do get. However, if you are a bit technology phobic, you may need something really easy to understand. If you do have any trouble finding one to suit you, you can always ask at your local store to get an expert opinion.

Basically you must have the following checklist with you:
1) If you are going to print the pictures, what is the maximum size you would print. Bigger this value, HIGHER should be the MEGAPIXEL value of the camera.
2) What is the type of battery & what is its usage duration.
3) If you plan to take good portraits, you should go for atleast 3X or 5X optical zoom.
4)Most important, are you want it JUST for home use, or semi professional or professional use.
5)The ease of its use.
6) What is the type of memory MEDIA used .
