Why Did Charles Darwin Believe We Evolved From Apes?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

To put it simply, his theory was discovered when he did his round the world study trip and studied a species of bird on one island and ventured to another island but noticed the same bird but this one had a hooked beak which enabled it to crack open some sort of tree nut which it needed for survival. He linked the two together and believed that one of them developed a device to survive. Hence the theory of evolution. We evolved to adapt.
