What Is A Good General Strategy For Playing Ghost Recon 2 (GRAW 2) As A Group In Multiplayer?

Any of the missions or just some simple elimination maps will benefit from efficient strategic wisdom in trying to complete them.
There are many people who think that the aim is to run run run and shoot shoot shoot, they end up dying quickly or getting their team mates killed trying to save them.

In GRAW 2, proper tactics count.  Holding a position is a good idea.  Finding somewhere to begin that you can set up your squads.  We usually divide ourselves into Alpha and Bravo teams and work together, checking angles, any possible weak spots of entry to our present position.  It's not about getting the kill (although this is the obvious exciting point for most gamers) but for those who want to win and develop tactics sufficient to beat the games fabulous AI, then we feel that a tactical approach is the only way.
