Where Can I See A Music Concert In Glasgow, Scotland?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

Glasgow has a huge music base. Scotland is consistently producing top class musicians and Glasgow has always been a great city to spot talent.

If you are looking for a small venue then I would check out King Tuts. They have bands playing nearly every night - from the very well known to the ones just starting out! There is always a great atmosphere, the admission is reasonable and the drink prices are good.

There are much bigger venues in town who hold high profile bands. The Barrowlands has a long and extensive history of music and dance. It is still one of the most popular venues in Glasgow.

The Carling Academy and the ABC are two fairly new venues to the city, opening only in the past few years. However, they are never dark! They play host to all different genres of music.

The SECC and the Clyde Auditorium are the biggest music venues in Glasgow. They normally show the most high profile bands and have a mixture of seating and standing room.

Tickets and dates for most gigs in Glasgow can be found on Ticketmaster.
