Will A Baby Be Born Deformed If The Mother Flies On A 4 Hr Flight In 1st 3 Months Of Pregnancy?

Not at all. It's quite alright to travel in the first two trimesters. It won't harm the baby in anyway.
In a normal healthy pregnancy, air travel neither effects the mother nor the baby and is regarded perfectly safe. However, there can be certain conditions in pregnancy due to which air travel might be advised again. These can be severe anemia, sickle cell disease, clotting disorders, high blood pressure and placental insufficiency. Air travel can increase the risk in such diseases. If the mother has any of these problems she should consult her doctor before choosing to travel by air.
Other than this, healthy pregnant women can travel safely throughout their pregnancy. The decreased air pressure in the plane does not effect the mother or the baby. The bodies of the mother and the baby adjust the decreased levels of oxygen and are not harmed in anyway.
Although its generally considered okay to travel throughout the pregnancy the safest time for a pregnant woman to travel is during the second trimester (18 through 24 weeks). This is when a pregnant woman has the lowest risk of miscarriage or premature labor. Many doctors recommend that women avoid flying after 36 weeks of pregnancy or if they're at risk of preterm delivery.

From where did you get that idea?! Really, its pretty much ok to fly in the first 2 trimesters of pregnancy as the baby is well protected by the amniotic fluid in the womb
