70% of the body weight is water but yet it should be taken in proper quantity as required by the body. For losing weight, one can go for fibrous food, eat more salad because that is filling and helps to loose weight. Take proper breakast and dinner (do not overeat , you should eat balanced diet). In lunch, go for salad. Don't compromise on drinking water as it flushes away acids from your body and keeps you healthy.
