An exit interview is one of the important thing for an organisation or company... for which, a person can tell the feedback... what did he/she learn during her/his stay... . The information given will help the improvement of the organization.
The exit interview will be led by a guidance officer, they will ask few questions for the employee... usually its not too long... just a feedback ... thats all
