Buy an adaptor that fits your phone and the pc (ebay is good) plug it into both pc and phone, ensure both are on! PC will detect phone as another device, you can then either open an mp3 file with music on it that you have already put onto pc and drag and drop into phone device (leave both windows open to do this!) The music wil then be on the phone normally under sounds. If it says you need a driver then download off the net for free.
