Our Cat Is A Barn Cat That We Brought Inside, Since She Had Her Kittens She Meow's Loud And Alot. She Also Eats Plastic Paper To Make Herself Vomit. Is She Sick?

She may be meowing loudly because she is either in heat or not used to the indoor change from out of doors to indoors and in a way is "complaining" The paper problem may be a normal thing, all of the indoor cats I have met like to play with this stuff and sometimes get carried away which sometimes can cause vomiting.
