What Are The Solutions To Cash Flow Problems?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

Hence you haven't mentioned any specific problem you had encountered in studying or developing cash flow statement or cash flows, I will discuss cash flow problems in general. One of the biggest problems in the cash flows is the loose management control over the cash outflows. The company starts facing severe liquidity problem when their cash outflows exceed cash inflows. In that case, company should analyze the sources and channels through where the cash is coming and where it is going. It should classify the cash inflows and outflows coming from operating activities, investing activities and financing activities. If company is facing excessive outflow from operating activities then it needs to check its internal operations and should do something for reducing its costs. If cash is going out because of higher debt in the company's financial structure, then it can re-formulate its financing activities.
