The only best way to loose a stomach after pregnancy is by doing all those abdominal crunches. Sit-ups and kegels are also very good although you might just hate doing it. Kegels usually does the work of supporting the internal organs while the sit ups in supporting your torso. Crunches all need to be done in a way. You can keep your hands behind your ears and keep your chin facing upwards, away from they chest. Now exhale slowly and lift you head off the floor. You can start with 3 sets wherein you can do a round of 10 to 12. You will also need to work on the obliques.
