You cant find it. You have to choose chimchar as your pokemon from Professor ROWAN.Than you battle with it than it will evolve into Monferno.than train Monferno .than it will evolve into INFERNAPE.i did the same thing.

Yes he is right but someone will battle a monferno against you further in the game!
