Now that he's no longer working with President Bush, what is Colin Powell doing?

Colin Powell was a major player in the Bush administration and about the only one of the president's man who knew what was going on in the real world. Booted out for not being an "I'll follow you anywhere right or wrong" player, little has bee heard from him in recent times. What is this man, possibly the only one that used his brain in that same administration.
