If You Have Substantial Benfits Why Can Not You Get A Loan?

I have substantial benefits but do not have a job. Why can I not get a loan?

    I'm not sure what you mean by "benefits", but if you have access to money, why would you need a loan? If the benefits aren't a form of money, the lender often requires you to have a job so he knows you have an income and therefore, a way to pay the loan back.
