Eating a lot, is not necessarily a sign that someone is pregnant. I would ask her, in a kind way, if it is possible that she could be pregnant, you could get an o.t.c. Kit and find out, then you need to figure out what to do. Untill you know for sure, worrying is a waste for sure.

Really? That calls for a celebration!!! Hurray!! You don't have to worry about anything. If your wife is pregnant, then be glad at it! That's a blessing? Why? Aren't you glad about that? Some women eat a lot when they are depressed or anxious or thinking abt something they cant discuss yet.. U should have a word with your wife as pregnancy could be a reason.
