• In the year 1977 Dolly Parton had her first Grammy win, the award: for the Best Female Country Vocal Performance for her single 'Here You Come Again.'

• Her next Grammy came in 1988; Best Country Performance Duo or Group with Vocals, for her performance of "Trio."

• She has recorded and published close to 600 songs with the BMI label and has earned 24 BMI awards for all of her work.
