According to the human anatomy and physiology by tortora and grabowski, the human sexual activity has 4 phases which are excitement phase, plateau phase, orgasm phase, and resolution phase. The orgasm phase is characterized by an intense feelings or sensation of pleasure sustained and accompanied with the contractions of our muscles especially in perineal muscle of the women. During orgasm also, there is seminal fluid ejaculation in male. the men more likely reach their orgasm quickly than women, but the women can sustained or maintained the pleasure brought by orgasm longer than men. In resolution phase, both partners returned to their unaroused state wherein muscle relaxes.
