Crop out the section you want ( of the song ) using Audacity , it is free.. Convert this mp3 file to mp4a or qcp . Create a folder on your memory card under music as 100mpc.1 . Paste any of the converted files into the folder , and there ya go.. They will show up under your ringtone selections.
