Can You Become An Stna With Felony 5 Identity Fraud And Forgery?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

It really does depend on your state - some states will be more lax with your charges because they are "white collar." I would definitely talk to an attorney - if the charges are from at least 5 or 7 years you may be able to get it expunged (so they won't even see it when they go to approve your STNA application).

I hope this is helpful - you can read more about how long felonies stay on your record here.
