How Did Tamerlane Rise To Power? According To His Auto Biography?

I'm very fortunate to provide you the answer of this question as I've personally read that book which was written by Tamerlane. And he died during writing that book. The book was basically a translation of what Tamerlane had written about him. He wrote about his rise to power in quite good details.

As soon as he got ability to fight he joined a local army or you can say a security force of a local Khan (landlord). He showed his skills there and he became prominent in the eyes of his landlord. So his employer later on made him the head of the security force. Before the death of that landlord Tamerlane was ordered to recover some of the sheep which had been stolen. Tamerlane did that but eventually the landlord died. And his nephew got the seat of his uncle. His nephew already had a grudge against Tamerlane so he tried to send Tamerlane back to home but Tamerlane didn't agree on this point and eventually he won the thrown and seat of the Khan.

And from this point he started his small campaigns in which he showed his bravery and intelligence about war tactics. And it became a good army soon. So in this way Tamerlane rose to power. And he then led many Great War campaigns.

This is what had been written by the Tamerlane in his personal biography. Remember he died while he was writing his biography by his left hand and it was during the campaign against China in which he died.
