Can You Close Out A 401k Account With Out Quitting Or Losing Your Job?
My wife & i live payday to payday. We had a car break down it will cost around 3000 to fix it and my 401k is the only place or resource of funds to be able get it fixed. I am still paying payments on it & its not under warranty. I need my car to get to work so we can stay a float so please help.
