The metabolic syndrome is the combination of a metabolic disorder and circulatory disorder.  All the problems which you are mentioning are related with this syndrome. One of the complication of this syndrome is infertility due to obesity, fats deposits, diabetes and poly cystic ovarian disease. You can be pregnant if you loose your weight, burn your fats, reduce cholesterol, control sugar and get treatment of poly cystic ovarian disease. This can be done by change in lifestyle like, control on diet, exercise or surgery to remove fats.
