Fast food is fattening, however many fast food restaurants now have low calorie food to choose from.  
Obesity is a huge problem in the US.

Whenever passing by Fast food shops , we can always see the busy scenes of voices. The parents take their children to eat KFC chicken . Some kids will eat at a Western fast food and memorable; Some people will be invited to eat Western fast food to his companions to show off their generosity; and some people eat Western fast food almost every day.

World Health Organization (WHO)have announced the top ten junk food in the world. McDonald's and KFC are two of the top ten. Because of a serious imbalance in the food nutrition, international Nutrition scholars call the "foreign fast food" as the "Junk Food".And McDonald's and KFC fast food contain a high content of compounds proved to have carcinogenic effects.

Western fast food such as : Hamburgers, French fries, fried chicken ,pizza and so on, as a result of high fat content, will not only increase the weight, but also damage the brain of young people.If children often eat cola, drink soft drinks,eat  candy, French fries, potato chips, hamburgers, they will have a lack of nutrients,worse more ,most of them have bad tooth.

Well ,on the Other side ,there are oceans of people began to refuse to junk food, we still taste it this way. We must pay attention to the harmful effects of fast food.
