    I really need to lose weight! My boyfriend left me because I’m too fat. I feel awful. What should I do? I feel like my world is coming to an end.

    Losing weight is good for everyone who thinks they have a weight problem.and it is good for your health there is a lot of risks when a person is over weight such as high blood pressure and diabeties,high cholesteral,and it will help so you have more energy and you will feel better about yourself but do it for you and only you>thats the way it will work keep thinking of yourself and your health to keep your will up.

      Come on, get over him! That guy doesn't deserve you. If he really loved you,
      he should have been here for you and support you while you were trying to lose
      weight! Move on, you need to do something with your life! Lose weight: Start
      counting how many calories you eat every day, and also work out. You may want
      to try a diet as well, but first check with your doctor. You can find lots

      this is the only way.

      Losing weight is hard so start right away. Exercise 30-60 minutes a day at least and eat healthy. Drinks lots of water and eat lots of fruits and vegetables!
