You may want to check to see where your skill level is.  There are a lot of computer based teaching materials for math so you can brush up on simple stuf like counting to 100, fractions, factoring, etc.  You probably aren't as bad off as you think.

Here's the good part - you won't be competing with bright kids who are math wizards.  They got credit for college alegebra when they were in high school.

Take it one step at a time.  Prepare for lectures and do all the assignments from one topic before the next lecture.  If a lecture or assignment seems over your head, talk to the instructor ASAP.  You should be able to cover the background info that you forgot and get back on track pretty quickly.  You'll need to think about mathematical concepts alot more than you are accustomed to for a while but it definitely do-able.

Ask questions here a much as you like.  Math questions usually get answered pretty quickly - even when someone is obviously just posting homework assignments.
