What Is Meditation?

    Meditation is the pausing of the thought process. It is gaining complete control of the mind, relaxing the body and calming your emotions. It is a state of consciousness when the mind is free from scattered thoughts. It is deep brain relaxation and breath control. With much and regular practice, your mind and body can be liberated from all outside pollution and your awareness expanded. Everything in the universe is relative to everything else. If you meditate (properly) on and object, such as love, everything in the universe that is connected to love will come to you. It brings serenity and clarity.  This is the ultimate state of consciousness and our "true" nature.

    You are the one who asked the question so apparently you do not know what meditation is. I am the one who answered it, so apparently I do know what meditation is. I should...I teach it.
