Answer Question

Photoshop is a kind f digital art by all means and there are so many reasons working behind this fact. Sometimes people even ask about the digital art that if it really is an art? There are so many views and even rumors not only about the digital art but also about many other fields that are related to the digital art. The applications made by the Photoshop can not be altered by any means but there are some chances of doing so on the computer because it is just a kind of digital art and computers can work with the digital art as they are meant for such processing. An image formation is not possible with the help of single entity but there is overlapping of layers, colors and other visual effects.

If you are making an image on computer by using Photoshop then how is it possible to deal with the layers overlapping by any other means beside the computer. This is a common fact that the digital data will be manipulated with the digital machinery only. The work done by such applications seems just like as they have been painted in real with the help of real paints and brushes strokes.

Photoshop is a software program.  It is not digital art.  It has zero creative ability.  However.  A person using Photoshop can make a good picture great, and that is creative, and that is art.
