No one or nothing can help you find the winning lottery number. It is down entirely to the luck of the draw. People bet in the hope of winning. Some waste money they can ill afford. There is a bidding site I noticed that people bid to win money cars etc and some get really carried away. If the ones addicted to bidding had got together they would have stood more chance of winning the amount they were bidding for.
