How Do I Break-up Or Stay Away From My Suicidal Ex-bf?
My ex-boyfriend is suicidal and he says he can't live without me. I've tried everything in the book to calm him down and fall out of love with me but it's not working. I still love him but I don't want to be with him. I don't want his life to be in my hands and I want him to live. What do I do?I have no experience in breaking up with people and I don't want to have to choose between him and my current bf because he will get hurt.

He is your ex for a reason. Talk to his family, even if there is any friction between you and them. Is he texting/IMing/etc you these suicidal wishes? Keep them all for evidence, in case they doubt you. If they don't work, then I honestly would suggest contacting the police. He is an obvious danger to himself and his apparent obsession with you could prove to be volatile, so it would be in your safety interests as well.

If he's your ex, you've already broken up with him. Now it sounds as if he's trying to make you feel guilty so you'll go back to him. If you still love him, but have a new boyfriend, you need to get your feelings straight. You can't go back out of guilt. I don't think you should lead your ex on, but You should let him know there's no chance unless he gets some professional help.
