The only reason the weather patterns are changing globally is due to all the pollution. Climate change is no doubt an interesting subject for all scientists but more than that it is an awareness that must be created among all the citizens that we are the reason for the changing weather patterns.
Although, we all feel the temperature rising every year the only thing people do is set those excess flour carbons in the air by using those air conditioners, etcetera.
Although weather cannot be controlled man is responsible for the changes in the climate. It is his wrong doing that has depleted the ozone and now one must suffer the consequences. The only way can one can stop from continuing to damage the ozone is by creating awareness and urging medical science to find new resources which will affect the ozone.
Thus unless each one does his bit the changing weather pattern cannot be controlled.
