Are you sure she is fixed? A female cat will loose the fur around her nipples when she is going to have kittens

I have a female cat and am positive that she is fixed. But, Pearl is losing fur on her stomach, not just around her nipples. The lower half of her tummy is pink and bare. Her foot is a bit bare, too. Does anyone know the cause? I would really appreciate any help!!!
Have you change her diet. She may be lacking in some vitamins
Yes actually Reilly, my other cat, has digestive issues. So I've been trying to find something he can handle. The latest food is Meow Mix Wholesome Goodness, mixed with Missing Link Feline Formula. Its an Omega 3 Superfood Supplement. It hasn't helped her skin and coat. Do you have any suggestions?

You could try giving her a vitamin supplement. Other than that i have no ideals.
Thanks Bible, I tried the Missing Link: Wellness Blend, instead, This supplement is for all animals that are sensitive to meat proteins and for Healthy skin and coat. So far Reilly had a good night. No 2 am Diarrhea. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for Pearl. Hopefully, her fur will grow back and she will not shed so much. Poor thing, her eyes are always irritated.
