Capital Punishment Means Penalizing A Convicted Person With Death. What Is Your Opinion About It?

I am 100% for the death penalty, however i've very against having someone on death row their entire life.  It takes money that could be better spent in our schools in our social services and in our preventative programs.  I believe that once convicted of a crime that they should limit the appeals they make and most especially the time allowed on death row. 

Of course i also believe our jail system is horrible to begin with.  What kind of system is it where you say you have to take away funding from schools so they can not have music class or computer skills because your jails are too overcrowded and/or your inmates complain their work out equipment isn't good enough...  There somethign wrong with society when our jail system is that crowded in the first place, obviously our jail system is not enough of a deterrent when we have such a high % of repeat offenders.

Bottom Line:  MUCH TOUGHER jails with no benefits, no schooling, no workout time, very limited outdoor time, no free time, no reading, no nothing...make jails a SCARY place to be not a place where criminals make tatoos cuz they proud they went! 

Death penalty...Death already!  How many serial killers do we have on death row that have been there 20+ years!?  some even longer and yet we pay for 3 meals a day, heating, air condition, medical attention, clothing and board.

 There are children out there who dont get half that....

I believe if that person killed a person then that person should die in the same way that they killed the person they killed.
