Man In Denver With Video Of Alien, Scale Of 1-10 What Do You Rate It As Believable?

I rank this 8. Because i do believe that as the universe is so wide there are Aliens present in the universe which are still undercover. But i have a doubt as well that's why i rated it as 8  

From the video picture, looks like it could be an animal.
With the lighting distorted through the window, it could possibly be a bear. With the face showing up, and the head being dark in color, it may have blended with the darkness outside.
Kind of like a Panda bear would look in the dark, but not real sure because the picture is kind of grainy.
