What Is A Best Incidence Of Customer Service?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

Most people can easily remember incidences of poor customer service but find satisfying experiences a bit harder to recall!  The reason for this is that good customer services lets transactions go off without a hitch.  A characteristic of good customer service is that the customer does not have to invest extra time in the transaction, and thus, may not remember it so well!  Yet, the customer always remembers when it is time to purchase again, and business owners know the value of repeat customers.

Good customer service can happen, and indeed, begins, on a small scale.  A village butcher who expands his range to offer fresh local produce at a good price to meet the needs of villagers is delivering good customer service. A roofer who does quality work, maintains an efficient timescale and communicates well with customers is another example of good customer service. Whatever the business, customers' assessment of service is based on three criteria - quality, time involved and money spent.
