What Would/could Your Neighbors Do If You Seeded Your Yard With Dandy Lions(weeds)?

Not much since it is your own yard

They could beat the crap out of you. That would not get them anywhere but jail. Anyway you look at this you lose.

Well I don't care what my neighbors think.  You can do whatever you want to do on your property except kill someone.

Well out in the country I know a farmer could sue a neighbor for crop damages if thistle were to take over his field due to the neighbors unruly yard... But in this scenario I'm assuming all they can do is gripe and complain

Ouch, because my neighbors are very nice people, and they don't bother anyone, I think that if anyone deserved having his yard covered in dandilion seeds, it would be my husbands, the jerk. Lol

Well, as for potential wildfires, we're in the city suburbs, so that's not going to happen. We have some pop up on their own in both front and back yards. Only our neighbor to the west is connected to us with a lawn and if i seeded mine with dandelions i don't think they'd mind as long as i controlled them from jumping into theirs. My wife has an iguana who eats the ones we do have, so even if i did plant them intentionally they wouldn't last long!!

Something called a blanket party would take place.

Not allot. If you bought the property then they cant really do much about weeds in YOUR yard. Only if they lent the yard to you, that you would have to do something about the weeds when they tell you to.

Realy if it's Your property then they cant really do anything about it. They could YELL at you personally, but i really would'nt care about weeds. You maybe, on the other hand, should probably not try and pick a fight with the neighbors. As God says you should love thy neighbors.
