Why Are Teenagers Turning Away From SCHOOL?

Some do not realise the importance of education, some have parents who cannot guide the child, some have teacher who cannot enthuse the child., some are just drop outs.

I agree with "solentjay" in most part. But i also think that there is way to much violence and drug activity in our schools these days that put a big strain on the teenagers. Not to mention that almost every other teen is also involved in affair's of the heart. Which seems to mean nothing more than trying to look cool and make them feel like they fit in... Teachers  as well are straying away from the morals and responsibility's that are expected in regards to the teenagers. I have the up-most respect for a teacher, but so many are these days a big part of the problems in our teens school. Something has to be done to reassure these are unacceptable quality's so "teenagers" can be expected to care any more than they do these days... Without the power of prayer, i'm just another parent trying to help my teen make it through school"safely"... Collage will be a breeze in her opinion compared to middle & high school... Best wishes

I agree with the people above me. Some children dont realize the importance of education or how much you will need it in life. Maybe they just following after the parents foot steps. But if thaqts happenin you have to tell your child you made mistakes before. You need education to get a good job in life any job in life really. My mom made it took the 9th grade some where in high school i think she has a very hard time trying to find a job. She cant find nothing becuz of no gud education. Some children says its too hard yes it gets harder as years pass and they get into middle school or high and thats when they really want to leave, because they feel they cant do it they dont put enuf eforrt in to it
